ENOUGH ABOUT YOU - LET'S TALK ABOUT ME.

Writing organizations I belong to.

I am a proud PRO member of the Romance Writers of America since 2006.
I have been a member of my local chapter of the Peninsula RWA since 2008, and starting in January 2009, I will be the treasurer.
The Music City RWA just let me join their merry band of writers as a reward for winning the very awsome 2008 Melody of Love Contest in the contemporary category (check out their link) with my manuscript Pleasant Lake P.D.
After winning the mainstream category of the 2008 Daphne du Maurier Contest with Pleasant Lake P.D., I joined the Kiss of Death Mystery/Suspense RWA. With a name like that, how could I not?
The Rose City RWA invited me to join them for the upcoming year as part of my prize package for winning 1st place in the Golden Rose with Newlyweb (Series Contemporary/Suspense) & Lily in Wonderland (Romantic Suspense).
Being a newly hatched Golden Heart Finalist, I joined The Golden Network, which by the way, I came in 2nd place in the 2008 Golden Pen Contest with Pleasant Lake P.D. in the mainstream category.
From The Heart RWA awarded me a free membership for winning their Golden Gateway contest with my manuscript Pleasant Lake P.D.
